a. Before Project Commencement
If the project is canceled by the client before any design work has started, a full refund will be issued.
b. Partial Work Completion
If the client cancels the project after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued. This will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
c. Delivery Delays by TutaTrend
If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe due to circumstances within our control, a refund may be considered.

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    The following services are non-refundable:

Projects where the final website design has been delivered and approved.
Custom design or development work completed as per client requests.
Payments for consultation, revisions, or additional services beyond the original project scope.
Cancellations or delays caused by incomplete client input or failure to provide required materials.

    To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Your full name and contact details.
Project details and reason for the refund request.
Review Period: Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 7 business days.

Refund Approval:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If declined, we will provide an explanation and work towards resolving your concerns.
